Learning Coach / Project Manager

Job Brief:

Quadrigo is looking for a dedicated Learning Coach / Project Manager to join our team in Bangalore.

Responsibilities:

• German as a Foreign Language (DaF) Teaching/Coaching:
  Provide instruction across all levels of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR).
• Curriculum Development:
  Create engaging and effective teaching materials.
• Exam Administration:
  Conduct and grade examinations.
• Training and Workshops:
  Lead educational sessions and workshops.
• Project Management:
  Manage and support corporate clients.

Requirements:

• Language Skills:
  Certified German proficiency at least at C1 level and excellent English skills. Proficiency in Kannada or another local language is a plus.
• Educational Experience:
  Proven teaching experience with the ability to inspire and effectively impart knowledge.
• Digital Skills:
  Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
• Organizational Talent:
  Exceptional organizational and coordination skills to manage projects efficiently.
• Team Player:
  Strong team and communication skills, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Stress Resilience:
  Maintain composure and structure even in challenging situations, working solution-oriented.
