Marketing & Course Counsellor – Intern

Job Brief:

Quadrigo is seeking a Marketing & Course Counsellor Intern to join our team in Bangalore.

In this dynamic, people-first role, you’ll assist students and professionals by answering queries, managing follow-ups, and ensuring smooth coordination across departments. If you’re friendly, organized, and eager to grow in the education and migration space, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with potential students and clients via WhatsApp, calls, and email.
• Provide clear, polite, and timely responses to inquiries.
• Follow up with leads and help guide them through demo session or course registration processes.
• Maintain accurate records of communications and student interest.
• Coordinate with the internal team for scheduling demo sessions and meetings.
• Support with documentation tasks.
• Assist with basic administrative responsibilities to ensure a smooth marketing & support workflow.
• Use tools like Excel or Microsoft Word to update internal documents and reports.

Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass.
• Language Skills: You speak English & Malayalam fluently. Reading and writing Malayalam is a plus.
• Professionalism: You are organized, dependable, and polite in handling student inquiries.
• Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Tech Skills: Ability to use MS Excel and MS Word confidently.
• Attitude: Willingness to learn and take ownership of responsibilities.
• Experience: Prior experience in any customer-facing or office coordination role is a plus.
• Location: You live in Bangalore or are ready to relocate.
